Tony Noorzoy is Sr. Risk & Loss Control Consultant with Cumbre Insurance Services. In this role, Tony looks after, coordinates, manages and leads a team providing all aspects of construction Risk and Loss control consultant. A big believer in risk control and construction safety Tony supports the largest construction projects in the history of American Airports at Los Angeles World Airports.Tony has completed four major construction projects at Los Angeles World Airports which consist of the following projects: Runway 25L with total project value of 242 million with 1.03 million man-hours, completion of Tom Bradley Terminals with total project value of $600 million and 2.6 million man-hours, completion of In Line Baggage Systems at Terminal Three with total project value of $145 million and 360,000 man-hours, completion of Crossfiled Taxiway Project with total project value of 105 million and 415000 man-hours. Overall worker compensation cost per man-hour $0.22.

Tony is currently working and supporting the following projects at Los Angeles World Airports: Bradley West Gates project with a total value of $640 million. Bradley Core Project with a total value of $500 million. Taxilane S Project with a total value of $130 million and upcoming Central Utility Plant Project with a total value of $240 million, these projects calls for major interior and exterior renovations as well as new additions and modifications to existing buildings, including the installation of, security system, passenger-boarding lounge, outside ramp and terminal concourse areas.

Diverse background in Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety provided Tony the perfect foundation for construction loss control services.

Tony is a qualified Environmental Health and Safety Sr. inspector and holds the Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety from California State University Northridge. Tony has worked for diverse range of organizations including public and private sector having spent over 10 years in the field of Environmental Health & Safety, which included positions as Safety Engineer, industrial hygienist, Food safety and housing inspector, Code enforcement officer, and Construction Risk and Safety Consultant. Tony is also Certified Construction Lead inspector Assessor and Certified Construction Health and Safety inspector and trainer.

Passionate about Construction Health and Safety Tony provides services that help clients in identifying at risk conditions throughout construction projects at Los Angeles World Airport. These services and areas of expertise and inspection include but are not limited to the following:
