Erica Medina-Flexen Account Manager Erica brings more than 6 years of commercial insurance experience to our Cumbre team. Erica holds a Bachelors Degree in International Business & Cultural Anthropology from Vanguard University. She is an account manager for our Vice President / COO – Michael Holzman, and Vice President – Rafe Shoup. Erica manages our client’s accounts, processing policies, endorsements, certificates, claims reporting, and daily customer service needs. She handles all aspects of our commercial insurance products and services. Erica is an exceptional and well versed account manager that enjoys working with our customers providing them with unsurpassed customer service.
